What’s cooking in my kitchen today? I am grilling a fresh turkey breast that has been marinating in a brine of sea salt, maple syrup, garlic, peppercorns, onions and lemon zest. I will serve it with red eye gravy.
Side dishes are mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, strawberry walnut jello salad and the stuffing made of cornbread, croissants, celery, mushrooms, onions, fresh sage, thyme and rosemary.
For dessert I have pecan pie, rhubarb pie, german chocolate cake.
Yes it is all homemade!
My favorite dish of all is the relish plate: carrots, olives, pickles and celery.
We will have a river of wine flowing and I will take photos to share with you all!
